The Wesley Foundation has served the campus of SELU since 1956. Over those years, new faith communities have been born, students and faculty have been physically and spiritually nourished, and marriages and lives well lived have been celebrated in our chapel. Through countless ways and people, the SELU Wesley exists to share the life giving message of Jesus so those that hear can experience real life change, which inspires them to leave this place to spread this beautiful message to other parts of the world.

You Can Play A Part

To ensure the Wesley @ SELU continues this great work for many years to come, we encourage everyone to join with us in our Work4Wesley Fall 2017 fundraiser.

It’s essentially a Work-a-Thon. You get some sponsors to pay for you to work and the money you raise will help support the Wesley.

What’s cool is that you will be helping more than just the ministry of the Wesley, but helping us help someone else! This semester, we will be focusing all our efforts to rebuild and refresh five local UMC congregations that partner with us throughout the year.

There’s a benefit to you as well with the top fundraisers getting 3-day passes to Voodoo Fest this year, along with other prizes. Here’s what you can do!

"Be a Worker" - Set your fundraising goal and tell all your friends and family. (You can sign up as an individual, company, or team).
"Donate to Worker" - You can donate directly to a worker. Each worker has a personal page and you can watch their goal become a reality!
"General Donations" - You can donate to help cover some of the material costs of the event.
